ALTAY
The tag dedicated to Altai, after whom we named our hoodie oversize DOHU752 ALTAI, depicts Lake Kucherlinsky. It was formed as a result of the melting of glaciers, and there are about 400 of them at the top of the ridge. Kucherlinskoye is located in the upper reaches of the Kucherla River and today it is one of the largest lakes in the region.
Kucherlinskoe is located at the foot of the Katun Ridge on the territory of the Belukha Natural Biosphere Reserve.
The ridge and the lake form the incredibly beautiful landscapes that the Altai Territory is so rich in. Kucherlinskoe is quite deep, the maximum depth is 55 meters. The water is cold, with a matte turquoise shade. In July, the weather is cool – on average + 14 degrees, but nevertheless the place attracts many tourists.
